Sukhumvit Bangkok hotel, Land Price Hike Brings Hotel Boom to Sukhumvit, Bangkok

Agency for Real Estate Affairs Co.,Ltd (AREA) announced recently that the most expensive lands in Bangkok are Siam Paragon, Chidlom BTS station and Ploenchit BTS station, making Sukhumvit road the golden land for many players in the real estate industry. The lands could sell for 400 million baht per 1,600 sq m.

Since the conceptions of the BTS (skytrain) and the MRT (subway), the Bangkokians and visitors have favored areas facilitated with mass transit options to avoid Bangkok’s notorious traffic jams.
